Recently the Romulan and Klingon empires have discovered a moon that is full of dillithium crystals in the neutral zone. These dillithium crystals can power almost any thing including ships. With these dillithium crystals, that empire would be strengthened being able to power more ships and with those ships that empire would stronger!!!!! So the Romulins and Klingons are holding a diplomatic meeting around the dillithium crystal moon in there neutral zone with all the other surrounding empires- the Ferenigi, the Cardassians, us, the Federation, and themselves. Each empire will send one ship to the location of the moon is 5667-813 to debate over who will have the moon.
